Ingredientes

  • 1 Grand Gateau Mr Bey (frozen)
  • 12 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons powdered milk (for the syrup)
  • Powdered milk for sprinkling (to taste)

Modo de preparo

Chill in advance:
Remove the Mr. Bey Grand Gateau from the freezer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before preparation. This ensures ideal heating and perfect texture.

Prepare the powdered milk sauce:
In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, heavy cream, and powdered milk until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous sauce.

If you want a lighter texture, add a little regular milk.

Heat the Grand Gateau:
Transfer the Grand Gateau to a suitable plate and heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds in the microwave on high power, or until it is very hot on the outside and creamy on the inside.

The time may vary depending on the appliance — adjust if necessary.

Assemble the dessert:
Pour the sauce over the top of the Grand Gateau, letting it drip down the sides.

Finish and serve:
Sprinkle powdered milk on top, to taste. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
